Meeting Room Procedures and Policies
The S.U.R.E. system provides the
opportunity to schedule campus services at the same time you make your
reservation. The available services are listed below. Because the
S.U.R.E. system is a real time program any reservation made within 2
working days with services may not be committable. If the
reservation is made within 2 working days of the actual date
of the reservation, the campus services you are requesting may not be
possible. Please contact the individual area to insure service.
- Dining Services will have in stock basic services
such as: coffee, juice, soft drinks, cookies, muffins, and water.
These items may be requested within the S.U.R.E. system. Any
catering beyond the basic services require you to check the box
indicating special order and contact Dining Services directly.
- Media Services provides a variety of A.V. equipment such
as microphones, projector screens, televisions, VCR's and other
equipment. While making a reservation there is an option to request
these services. Please contact Media Services for anything that is
not listed in the S.U.R.E. system. Note some rooms have
equipment permanently in place.
- Facilities Management maintains the rooms. If there is a
particular kind of setup you would like in a room please indicate so
on the setup portion in the S.U.R.E. system.
Voice conferencing is available to be scheduled in the
S.U.R.E. system particularly in the meeting rooms. Contact John Boucha at ext. 8499 for immediate
service or any problems/questions.
