Law Enforcement Emphasis

• This course of study is designed to prepare students for opportunities in public safety and private security as well as state and federal law enforcement and work in regulatory agencies.
• Students can complete the academic requirements needed for Peace Officer Standards & Training in order to become a law enforcement officer in Minnesota.
• Careers include entry level positions in municipal and county law enforcement agencies such as police or sheriffs departments, positions with federal or state-level law enforcement agencies such as the FBI, DEA, US Marshals, US Customs, and other related agencies.
