  • UMC Student Complaint Procedures
    Should a student wish to pursue a complaint against another student, a staff member, or the University, the University is willing and obligated to listen. The University of Minnesota Crookston (UMC) has established procedures to respond to student complaints in a fair and equitable manner.

    There are informal and formal procedures to follow to seek resolutions. Most complaints can be resolved with the informal procedure. The University encourages you to attempt to resolve any concerns or complaints with the individual(s) at the lowest level with the informal process and then, if needed, seek formal resolution.
