Charles "Chuck" Holmquist graduated in 1952 from the Northwest School of Agriculture (NWSA), and currently serves as the alumni association president. He also served as president of the board in 1956, the year the NWSA celebrated its fiftieth anniversary.
"What I learned at the Northwest School has been the basis of my career and my success in life," Chuck says. After graduation Chuck entered the military service and then farmed with a friend. Since 1967, he has been involved with ag-related sales. He was part owner of WIC, Inc., which was sold to Amity Technology of Fargo, N.D. "I still deal with farmers and implement dealers and sure enjoy visiting with people," Chuck explains.
In 2005, Chuck received the Teambacker of the Year Award and currently serves on the Teambacker board of directors. Chuck and his wife Bonnie (Vesledahl), '52, were named Top Aggies in 1982, the highest award given by the Northwest School's alumni association.
