Check here if you need the TREE INSPECTOR STUDY MATERIALS and intend to take the NEW TREE INSPECTOR’S EXAMINATION. There will be no formal training sessions for new tree inspectors - you will need to prepare on your own prior to workshop. We will arrange for you to take a proctored exam at 3:00pm on the workshop day. Successfully passing the exam will certify you for 2009-2010. (NEW TREE INSPECTORS ONLY)

FOREST PEST FIRST DETECTOR. OPTIONAL TRAINING OPPORTUNITY. If you want to become a Forest Pest First Detector you must: complete three online modules BEFORE you attend the workshop by going to
www.extension.umn.edu/pesticides/2009/eab/. At the end of each module, you will be asked to print out a ‘module completion form’. Complete and sign each form and bring all three to the training.
