1. A hond out on degree or caurse work would be handy to refresh our memory.

2. Instructors and staff need to emphasize the students need to be thinking of a job early. Start fall semester to get them thinking about it.

3. Centrol would like to hire more students from UMC but there is just not many students interviewing. NSDU always gets us 15-20 students every year. I know it's a bigger school. Keep trying to get the students to interview! Preferably not at the last minute.

4. Some studetns not as prepared. Haven't researched company. NO JEANS!
