To qualify for UMC's PSEO Online program a student must be a junior or senior in high school, have a 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher, and be a Minnesota Resident.

If the above requirements are met, please submit the following Three items to UMC.
* Registrations will not be processed until all three items are received.
* Spring 2010 PSEO Online applications must be recieved by and/or postmarked by Monday, December 28th; PSEO Online registration begins Monday, December 14th and is pending size and availability.

* Note that section three of the Minnesota Department of Education form is to filled out by UMC ONLY.

3. An Official High School Transcript (Faxed copies are not accepted)
