Information Update - January 12, 2006

On January 10, 2006 there was a procedural conference, which included representatives from both the University of Minnesota and the University Education Association (UEA). The Court and the parties began a brief discussion of the issues regarding UEA’s motion for summary judgment. Topics of discussion included preliminary scheduling of discovery, motions, and trial.
