We are available to negotiate on:
February 16 and 17
March 30 and 31

We would also suggest the following additional dates for negotiations:
February 21, 22, 28
March 1, 2, 3, 9, 10, 14, 15, 16, 28, 29.

Please let me know if any of these additional dates work for your team.

I agree we will start with workload. I would suggest at our first meeting, we also lay out additional issues that we have a common interest in negotiating and work those issues into our schedule.
