Sanders Finishes Tied for Fifth at the Jewel Invite

(Lake City, Minn.)- The Golden Eagle Men’s Golf team traveled to Lake City, Minn. for the Jewel Invite on Sunday, April 13. Minnesota, Crookston took fourth place, shooting a team score of 325. Jake Sanders (Fr, Crookston, Minn.) led the squad shooting a 75 (38-37) good for fifth place in the invite. Winona State University won the invite posting a team score of 300.

The Golden Eagles return to the Jewel Golf Club on Monday, April 14 and Tuesday, April 15 for the Golden Bear Invite in Lake City, Minn. The team then travels to Bemidji, Minn. on Friday, April 18 for the BSU / UMC Dual at the Bemidji Town and Country Club.
