Crookston, Minn. (June 17, 2008) – As part of the Vital Aging Network (VAN), a forum, focusing on skill building and advocating for change for those who are retired or planning to retire, will be held on Tues., July 29, 2008, at the University of Minnesota, Crookston. The forum will take place from 10 a.m. to noon in the Student Center Bede Ballroom. Registration can be completed online and admission is free.

The forum is designed to bring people together and catalyze assets older adults bring to a community. The event is co-sponsored by the Land of Dancing Sky Area Agency on Aging, Minnesota Rural Health Association and the University of Minnesota, Crookston.
