U of M Crookston Business Instructor Eric Burgess Presents Paper at Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs

Crookston, Minn. (July 15, 2008) – University of Minnesota, Crookston Business Management instructor Eric Burgess recently presented a research paper at the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) annual conference in New Orleans, La., in late June.

The presentation was developed from the research Burgess conducted for his doctoral dissertation titled “Stakeholder Perceptions of Strategic Planning in Higher Education.” Eric successfully defended his dissertation in early July and will be awarded his doctorate degree in educational leadership from the University of North Dakota.

Commencement exercises will be held on August 1, 2008, at 3 p.m. in the Chester Fritz Auditorium in Grand Forks, N.D. U of M, Crookston students, faculty, staff and friends are invited to the graduation and to a reception which will be held following the graduation ceremony at the Northland Inn in Crookston, Minn., from 7 to 9 p.m.
