“I am looking forward to a successful first show as the whole overall competitive attitude of our team has improved greatly,” says U of M, Crookston Western Coach Nicky Overgaard.  “Some of our riders have gained some valuable experiences over the summer and it really shows in their riding abilities this fall.”

Returner and team captain Sheena Engelbert (Sr, Bruce Crossing, Mich.) will be looked upon to make things happen in the Reining Classes in River Falls.  Coach Overgaard also expects returners Jessica Hanson (Sr, Andover, Minn.), Kayla Klein (So, Hazen, N.D.) and Amanda Peterson (Jr, Rochester, Minn.) to place well in their divisions.  Some new riders this year that look very promising include Tandra Klein (So, Hazen, N.D.) in the Advanced Division and Melissa Zanotelli (Fr, Marshfield, Wis.) in the Intermediate Division.
