Crookston, Minn. (October 20, 2008) – Spooky things happen this time of year, and in celebration of Halloween, a “Haunted House: Death Lab,” will be sponsored on Friday, October 31, 2008, by the students and staff involved with the University of Minnesota, Crookston Office of Residential Life and Residence Hall Association. Visits to the haunted house, located in the former Mr. Movies store at 1500 University Avenue, Crookston will take place from 7 to 11 p.m. Admission is $5; $4 with donated canned good. 

The haunted house is recommended for ages 10 and up; the event is open to the public. Proceeds will be donated to Habitat for Humanity, with canned goods going to the local Care and Share.
