Alumni and community friends of the Northwest School of Agriculture (NWSA) and the University of Minnesota, Crookston will gather for a social on Friday, Feb. 20, 2009, at the Terrace Green at ViewPoint Resort, 640 North Hawes Road, Mesa, Arizona. The annual alumni social will be held from 11:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. with a buffet lunch served at noon for $13.50 per person.
This year's event is hosted by Corby Kemmer, director of development & alumni relations, and will include greetings from U of M, Crookston Chancellor Charles H. Casey. “We are looking forward to a great time in Arizona this year,” Kemmer said, “It’s a time for our alumni who share memories of this campus to have an opportunity to reminisce as well as get a glimpse of what the U of M, Crookston is all about today.”

The NWSA Alumni Association represents the 5,433 graduates of the residential agriculture high school, which operated from 1905 through 1968, on what is now the campus of the University of Minnesota, Crookston.
