ACT Prep Workshop in Conjunction with Preview Day on Sat., Dec. 1, 2007, at U of M, Crookston

CROOKSTON, Minn. (November 15, 2007) – New and prospective students are welcome to the University of Minnesota, Crookston during Preview Day on Saturday, December 1, 2007. In conjunction with preview day, an ACT preparation workshop will be held for all interested students beginning at 1 p.m., in the Student Center. The workshop is free and designed to help students plan for and prepare strategies to take the ACT.

Preview Day provides time for new students to interact with faculty, current students and staff as well as learn more about the Crookston campus. Highlights include receiving detailed information about opportunities for students at the U of M, Crookston, lunch with professors in Brown Dining Hall, interacting during question and answer sessions and touring campus. Families are encouraged to attend Preview Day along with their new student.
